Virtual aka online conferences are growing in popularity. If you’re organizing a conference, you may not want any random XYZ user to be part of the conference. For example, local people who have nothing to do with what you do are service you provide may get into the conference hall for fun. To prevent this, you can create a conference registration form with Forms Book and share its link with people. Only those who have filled your form and submitted it will be allowed to attend the conference. Here’s the sample conference form built with Formsbook.com:
The sample form (demo URL) has the option to select one of these two proof of identification methods -Driving License and SSN. It also has a checkbox to confirm that the person will attend the venue on time. If the person will bring along some friends to the venue on your request, there’s a dropdown list to choose the number of people and the names of the people that you’ll bring along with you. Other fields you’ll find in the form are – Your name, your phone number. When a user fills the conference registration form and clicks the submit button, the form creator/conference organizer will be an alert email. You can build a similar form with 10/20 clicks of buttons with fields/options of your choice.
