People share images of dogs or pups on social media sites with phone numbers. The person interested in adopting the dog will have to call the owner of the dog/pup or get in touch with him/her via an instant messaging application. The pup/dog owner will ask some questions to the wannabe adopter. Instead of wasting time typing questions manually in the messaging app’s interface or talking with him/her, why not create a dog adoption form with FormsBook form builder and ask the person to fill and submit the form? If you do so, you’ll not only save time but will also have a list in front of you. You can go through the list or filter it by the wannabe adopter’s interest. Here’s a sample dog adoption form built using FormsBook:
The sample form has 5 multiple choice options. One is to select the place where the dog will rest. Other multiple choices enable users to select the property type, whether the person has ever owned a pet or not, whether the person has been violent with his/her pet before, etc. The form also asks the wannabe adopter to answer these two questions – what will you do when the dog is ill and why do you want to adopt the dog? The form also has the text fields to enter the adopter’s name and contact number.
FormsBook will send an email to the pup/dog owner aka form owner each time someone fills and submits the form. You can create a similar/different dog adoption form with FormsBook within few minutes.
