Colleges or schools reward scholarships to students who fare well in exams. As a school may have many students, many students may apply for scholarships. Instead of accepting the application manually, the schools/educational institutions can create a scholarship application form and accept applications online with FormsBook. Here’s a sample form built with our online form builder – FormsBook:
Our Sample (demo URL) scholarship application form has the option to enter the student’s name, roll number (ID). It has a date selector for choosing the date of birth and two drop-down boxes – one to choose the grade/class of the student and another to select the grade obtained by the student in the exam. It also has the option to select the gender. The students who have got good grades in the exam can apply for the scholarship online by filling this form and clicking the “Submit” button. The form takes care of this by allowing students to select only these exam grades – A+, A, B+, B. The school/college can access the list of students and shortlist candidates that will get the scholarship by logging into their FormsBook account. To alert the administration (form creator), that a student has filled a form, FormsBook will automatically send an email each time the applicant fills the form and clicks the Submit button.
